I met Jamie + John in Colorado and quickly fell in love with their down-to-earth nature and passion for outdoor adventures. To celebrate their new union in my home state was such a fulfilling moment, the festivities took place at the incredibly picturesque Hill Farm Inn in Sunderland, Vermont. A charming farmhouse with a wrap-around porch, hand-selected vintage decor, billowing willow trees, and happy alpaca roaming the grounds.
The foliage had started to turn and drift from the trees, the sun was shining and the cool breeze made for the most delightful weather, the couple brought in their own western flare with Jamie’s boho inspired dress and each had their own pair of cowboy boots, an ode to their life in Colorado.
Guests arrived in fall colors that complimented the natural landscape flawlessly. The ceremony was effortless, meaningful and filled with heartfelt emotions.
They had the cutest family tree place-cards made for their guests to look at over dinner and many maple syrup shots were consumed. The day was filled with beautifully bold colors, reunions, laughter and love. The night was full of warm drinks, apple pies, a three-piece band and fireside chats. I could not have pictured a better day for my friends and hope for a life full of memories and happiness for them.
